HeLa Longevity PRO processes account, contact, professional-registration, delivery, document, order, payment, consultation-payment and support information so the platform can operate customer accounts, review eligibility, fulfil eligible orders, maintain transaction records and communicate with customers.

Information processed

This may include account identity and contact details, country and telephone information, professional information for B2B accounts, delivery address, uploaded supporting documents, order history, balance and payment transactions, consultation requests, support communications and security/activity information used to protect the account.

How information is used

Information may be used for account administration, eligibility and document review, payment and balance processing, order fulfilment, consultation coordination, customer support, fraud/security checks, accounting, record keeping and applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Documents and sensitive information

Customers should upload only information reasonably necessary for the requested account or service. Access to customer records is limited to authorised administration or support personnel according to their role.

Retention and customer rights

Records are retained for as long as reasonably required for these purposes and any applicable legal, accounting, dispute or compliance requirements. Customers may request access, correction or deletion where those rights are available under applicable law.
