Research Use & Product Safety Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to products expressly identified and legitimately supplied by HeLa Longevity PRO for research, laboratory, analytical or non-clinical scientific purposes.
2. Permitted Use
Research-designated materials may be purchased and used only for lawful activities consistent with verified classification, product specifications and applicable regulations, including appropriately authorised laboratory analysis, in-vitro research and non-clinical scientific evaluation.
3. Prohibited Use
Unless separately authorised and legally supplied for that purpose, research-designated materials must not be administered to humans or animals by any route; used in clinical treatment or personal health programmes; used for self-experimentation; compounded, prepared or repackaged for human administration; marketed or resold using unauthorised therapeutic claims; or distributed in violation of applicable requirements.
4. Pens, Sprays and Associated Equipment
Pen-style containers, spray systems and other equipment must be assessed according to actual design, contents, intended use and regulatory classification. Availability does not constitute an instruction or authorisation to administer research substances.
5. Professional Verification
HeLa may verify legal and professional eligibility before accepting or fulfilling orders. Verification may include identification, business registration, institutional affiliation, laboratory credentials, professional qualifications and relevant licences or permits.
6. No Administration or Dosing Guidance
For research-only products, HeLa does not provide human or veterinary dosage recommendations, injection instructions, nasal administration instructions, treatment schedules or other advice facilitating unauthorised clinical use.
7. Storage, Handling and Disposal
Products must be stored, handled, transported and disposed of according to verified specifications, safety documentation and relevant laws.
8. Regulatory and Shipping Restrictions
Orders are subject to applicable national and international restrictions. HeLa may suspend, cancel or refuse transactions where product classification, customer eligibility, shipping permission or lawful intended use cannot be established.
9. Misuse and Incident Reporting
Customers should promptly report known quality concerns, suspected defects or safety incidents through official support facilities.
10. Policy Acceptance
Before completing a purchase, customers must acknowledge this policy and confirm that their intended activity is lawful and consistent with the relevant product classification.
